Product area:
The Enterprise Platform department is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting Sectra's medical platform, used worldwide for efficient image management and storage. The platform is used in several clinical areas, with an emphasis on radiology (X-ray diagnostics). Our developers are primarily located in Linköping but are also located in England outside Manchester. In total, we are over 50 people and growing. 
In this position, you will: 
Join the product area's management team, which drives tactical and strategic issues and is responsible for the group's delivery capacity and financial conditions. Be close to the teams in their daily work and ensure that they have the right conditions to take on both today's and tomorrow's challenges. Drive improvement projects within the framework of our business area. Both on your own and together with other managers and employees. Actively contribute to identifying and recruiting new employees for our growing organization. Get good opportunities to develop your own leadership. Both through external and internal courses but also by working closely with and exchanging experiences with other managers. Travel to hospitals and clinics in Europe, North America, and Australia to get close to end users and see how Sectra's products are used in clinical production. Have fun at work in an exciting industry with other talented colleagues.
